Being healthy means so much more than just your fitness level or body shape.  As your Personal Trainer, I will of course be identifying your fitness goals, designing a program that fits your needs, and supporting you throughout every workout. But we’ll also be developing and adapting your mindset towards exercise and nutrition, and even life in general. Feeling overwhelmed and don’t know where to start? I’ll be there holding your hand every step of the way. 


Over the last 4 years I’ve helped 100s of clients work on their confidence, self image, injury rehab, strength, posture and body shape. Whether you’re a new mum wanting to get back into those favourite jeans, or a seasoned pro looking to improve that marathon PB, my experience and holistic approach to health and fitness will have you feeling great in no time.
